Timing the stay
Our minimum stay is 2 nights.
Drop-off and pick-up are 8 to 9am and 4 to 5pm every day.
Book early if your move falls in school holidays or at Christmas.
Getting your dog here and home
Door-to-door transport can be added, subject to availability.
Tell us your suburb and dates when you book.
Transport is charged on top of boarding. Rates are on our Prices page.
Keep your details current
Existing customers can log in to update their dog's details.
Make sure we have the right phone number and an emergency contact.

Can my dog stay just a couple of nights?
Yes. Our minimum stay is 2 nights.
Do you provide bedding?
Yes. Every kennel has a raised chew-proof bed, bedding, blankets and fresh water.
What should I pack?
Medication, clearly labelled with instructions, and their usual food if they need it.
