Barkridge Boarding Kennels ("Barkridge", "we", "us") operates barkridge.net and provides dog boarding, grooming and transport services in Canning Vale, Western Australia. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

When you enquire or book with us, we collect your name, phone number, email address, home address, emergency contact details, and details about your dog, including breed, health, vaccination, feeding and care information. Payments are processed by our booking and payment providers; we do not store your card details.
🐾 How We Use It
We use your information to manage bookings, care for your dog, contact you about your booking, arrange pickup and drop-off where booked, and send booking reminders. With your consent, we may also send occasional updates about our services.
📸 Photos and Social Media
We sometimes take photos of dogs staying with us and share them on our Facebook and Instagram pages. Photos never include customers' personal details. If you would prefer your dog not appear, just tell us and we will not post them.
🤝 Third-Party Services
We use trusted providers to run the business: KennelBooker (bookings), Wix (website and forms), Stripe (payments), Google (email, analytics and business tools), Make (workflow automation) and Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram pages). Each handles data under its own privacy policy. We do not sell your information, and we do not collect personal data from Facebook or Instagram users through our pages or apps.
