How to book your dog's stay

Booking online is the quickest way to secure your dog's stay. It only takes a few minutes.

Booking steps

Create a Barkridge account.

Submit your booking request online.

We review availability.

Your stay is booked once you've received our confirmation.

Existing customers can log in to make new bookings or update dog details.

If your plans change, you can cancel your booking online.

If you've already paid, we'll credit your account.

Our minimum stay is 2 nights. Christmas needs a minimum of 14 nights.

Payment is due before or at check-in, unless arranged.

Dogs must be fully vaccinated (C3 or C5) at least 2 weeks before arrival.

Flea and worming treatments must be up to date.

Is my stay booked straight away?

No. We review availability first, then confirm your booking.

What if I need to cancel?

You can cancel online. If you've paid, we'll credit your account.
