When to book
Book as early as you can for school holidays, long weekends and Christmas.
Christmas bookings need a minimum stay of 14 nights.
Longer minimum stays may apply in school holidays and other peak periods.
Outside those times, our minimum stay is 2 nights.
How booking works
Create a Barkridge account and send your booking request online.
Before confirming, we ask a few questions about your dog's personality, routine and previous experiences.
We review availability, then confirm your booking.
Your dog's stay is booked once you've received our confirmation.
If your plans change
You don't need to pay anything to make or confirm a booking.
You can cancel your booking online. If you've already paid, we'll credit your account.
Boarding fees are paid before or at check-in, unless otherwise arranged.
