🕒 What are your opening hours?

We're open every day for arrivals and departures during the following times:

Morning: 8:00am–9:00am

Afternoon: 4:00pm–5:00pm

These set times help us maintain a calm routine for every dog staying with us.
🚗 What are your drop-off and pick-up times?

Dogs can be dropped off and collected during our opening hours:

🌙 Is there a minimum stay?

Yes. Our minimum boarding stay is 2 nights.

Longer minimum stays may apply during school holidays, Christmas and other peak periods.
💉 What vaccinations does my dog need?

All dogs must be fully vaccinated before boarding.

For first-time boarders, we often recommend a shorter trial stay before a longer holiday.

Absolutely. We encourage owners to bring their dog's normal food if they have a specific diet or sensitive stomach.

Please label all food clearly and portion meals where possible. Biscuits do not need to be portioned.

Instead, we regularly share photos and videos of our facilities and daily routines through our Gallery, Facebook and Instagram.

If you'd still like to visit, an appointment can be arranged where appropriate during opening hours.

We regularly post photos and videos of our guests enjoying their stay on Facebook and Instagram.

While we can't provide individual updates on request, every dog gets their turn and we share content whenever time allows.

Our kennels are fully insulated and cooled using large evaporative air conditioners and water misters.

On hotter days, dogs are rotated through exercise and rest periods to ensure they remain comfortable throughout the day.
