Keeping dogs cool through a Perth summer

Perth summers get hot. Here's how we help dogs stay comfortable during their stay at our Canning Vale kennels.

Cooled kennels and a hot-day routine

Our kennels are insulated and cooled with evaporative air conditioning.

Water misters help keep dogs comfortable when the weather is hot.

On hot days, dogs rotate through exercise and rest periods.

Before a summer stay

We're more than happy to supply your dog's food during their stay. You're also welcome to bring their usual food if you prefer.

Tell us about any health concerns or medication when you book, so we can plan around them.

Keep vaccinations, flea and worming up to date. Our vaccination guide explains what we need.

Summer holidays and Christmas

Christmas has a 14-night minimum stay, and longer minimums may apply in school holidays and other peak periods. (Checked 21 October 2026.)

Outside peak periods, our minimum stay is 2 nights.

You'll find current rates on our Prices page.
