How it works
1. Send your booking request. Request your dates through your Barkridge account as usual.
2. Ask for transport. Let us know your suburb and the dates you need transport.
3. We check and confirm. Transport is booked in advance and is subject to availability, just like the stay itself. We'll confirm the details with you.
Your dog's stay is booked once you've received our confirmation. A request on its own isn't a booking yet.
Where we travel and what it costs
We're at 27 Battersea Road, Canning Vale, and our transport covers much of the Perth metro area. Not every suburb is covered, so the best thing to do is send us your suburb and dates and we'll have a look.
Transport is an extra on top of boarding. Our current transport rates are on our Prices page. Extras such as transport are paid before collection.
Good to know
It's part of a boarding stay. Transport is added to your dog's stay with us.
The usual stay rules still apply. Your dog needs to be up to date with the required vaccinations, flea and worming before their stay.
Prefer to drop off yourself? Drop-off and pick-up are 8 to 9am and 4 to 5pm every day.

Do you pick up from my suburb?
We cover much of the Perth metro area. Send through your suburb and dates and we'll check for you.
How far ahead should I book transport?
As early as you can. Transport is subject to availability, and school holidays and Christmas are our busiest times.
Does transport cost extra?
Yes. It's charged on top of boarding, and the current rates are on our Prices page.
What if I can't make your drop-off times?
That's what transport is for. Ask about it when you send your booking request, with your suburb and dates.
