From the international terminal (T1), about 26 minutes via Roe Highway and Nicholson Road.
From the domestic terminals, about 25 minutes on the same route.
Then Clifton Road and Battersea Road. The kennels are the first building on the left.
Allow extra time in peak traffic.

Drop-off and pick-up are 8 to 9am and 4 to 5pm every day.
Out-of-hours drop-off or collection is only with prior approval, and fees may apply.
If you're running late on the way back, text us so we can plan.
Door-to-door transport from your home can be added, subject to availability.
